Working with a contractor without an account

An external participant receives a link with an expiry and a password. With edit rights they work on the document straight in the browser.

How it runs

  1. 1The owner creates a public link to a file or folder and sets an expiry and a password
  2. 2The external participant opens the document and, with edit rights, receives an editor token
  3. 3When the work is done the link is revoked, the object and employee permissions stay untouched
