Subject
A3.Drive provides a file storage layer: accepting bytes, keeping versions, issuing signed links, managing permissions and bindings to product entities. Access is granted within the chosen plan and storage region.
Accounts and roles
User identity is kept in A3.ID. A3.Drive stores a local copy of the organization structure: company, departments, roles and blocking flags. The domain owner is responsible for the set of companies and for assigning roles.
Space and limits
An object joins the user quota if it has at least one user binding, and it is counted once. System storage is accounted on a separate axis with its own limit and its own retention. Exceeding the limit of a specific operation returns a dedicated response code.
Non payment
If the quota is exceeded and payment does not arrive, the account moves to read only: writing is blocked and data is preserved. If payment still does not arrive, space is freed in a published order and always through the trash. Objects under an active retention period are not deleted.
Integrations
A product receives access by registering in the integration registry: label, public key, permissions and a deep link template. Unlinking is confirmed by a one-time signed token. The customer may revoke the permissions at any moment.
Liability
We answer for the durability of the bytes, for keeping to the storage region and for issuing permissions correctly. The customer answers for the content of uploaded files, for the set of public links issued and for role assignment inside their company.
